We are the first steel fabricator in Singapore to have fabricated the steel frames for the modules of a steel PPVC system. Projects completed include the NTU Hall of Residence at Nanyang Avenue and The Wisteria, a mixed development at Yishun Avenue 4.

PPVC is best suited for building construction, such as hostels, hotels, high-rise residential apartments, condominiums, office buildings, schools and nursing homes, and offers many advantages over conventional construction.
